Man Discovers Remedy for Excessive Sweating Problem That Plagues Nearly 8 Million Americans Today

Mike Ramsey, who began suffering from excessive sweating, also called hyperhidrosis, in high school, has published an ebook detailing a simple three-step plan that when followed allows anyone to cure their excessive sweating problem in two weeks or less.

“It’s true,” said Ramsey, author of “Stop Sweating and Start Living: A Practical Guide to Ending Your Underarm Sweat Problem.” “At last, there’s an effective way for anyone to cure their underarm sweat problem - in just two weeks - without prescription drugs or risky surgery.”

Ramsey’s method is a three-step, all-natural technique that he developed after attending a seminar on natural health.

“The technique is highly practical, safe and effective, it takes just a minute a day to perform and can be easily worked into anyone’s daily routine,” said Ramsey.

Ramsey’s discovery comes on the heels of new research that indicates nearly 8 million Americans - almost 3 percent of the U.S. population - routinely suffer from excessive sweating, a figure higher than previously believed.

“We’re not talking about people who sweat a lot after a good workout,” Ramsey said. “These are adults who while sitting at their desk in a cool office, sweat through their T-shirt, their shirt, and maybe even their jacket. These are teenagers who avoid going to dances and parties and on dates because they are afraid to be seen dripping in sweat. These are children who continually drop their bottles or sippy cups because their sweaty palms won’t allow them to maintain a good grip.”

What is hyperhidrosis?
Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition that causes people to sweat excessively in specific areas — their underarms, face, palms, or the soles of their feet.

Ramsey’s technique works specifically for the underarms.

“After years of struggle with hyperhidrosis, during which time I avoided potential socially awkward situations like dates and parties, I discovered the real reason for my underarm sweat problem … and after two weeks of self-treatment I cured it,” Ramsey said. “In fact, in the 10 years since, I have never been self-conscious about raising my arms in public. I have never worn an undershirt to soak-up my sweat, and I have never had a sweaty armpit (except during intense physical exercise).”

In an effort to help others who suffer from hyperhidrosis, Ramsey explains exactly how he was able to cure his excessive sweating problem on the pages of “Stop Sweating and Start Living.”

“In this ebook, readers will learn exactly how I, and others who have used my system, stopped underarm sweat for life,” Ramsey said.

How to Stop Sweating

If you’re one of the millions of people worldwide who suffer from excessive sweating then chances are you’ve wondered how to stop sweating so much! This is nothing to be concerned about. You’re probably like me and have a condition known as hyperhidrosis which basically means you have over active sweat glands.

Also, just like me, you probably realise just how awful this condition can be. It can be completely debilitating! It can be an all consuming worry once you feel the beads of sweat start forming and you know what is coming. A soaked shirt, damp hair or clammy hands or any one of a number of symptoms can spring forth, often for no apparent reason. I find that I can break into a profuse sweat on even the coldest days. I always wonder how to stop sweating so much. My face and neck would be drenched and I couldn’t control it. Why oh why did it happen to me?

Sadly, as I mentioned, hyperhidrosis is a very common condition. Excessive sweating can also be caused by a number of other factors including medication you might be on for other unrelated conditions (this was also the case for me – high blood pressure at 23!), or there are additional medical conditions which can cause it. If you are ever in any doubt, consult your doctor.

Once I had my hyperhidrosis diagnosis I hit the internet in search of more information and possible treatments or suggestions on how to stop sweating. It was at this point that I discovered how many other people there are who suffer from excessive sweating and also that there are many treatments available.

First there are the regular antiperspirants you can buy in your local pharmacy. There are also stronger over-the-counter brands that contain more Aluminium Chloride/Chlorohydrate such as Dri-Clor TM in the UK. These can be very effective and are always worth a try but I was nervous about putting them on my face, wondering what they would do to my skin.

Next there are medications which can be in powder or oral pill form called anticholinergenics. Again, these can be very effective but you are putting fairly harsh chemicals in contact with your skin. As you can probably tell, I am a little paranoid about what I put on my skin after many years as a teenager blighted with acne. The pain I went through then putting supposedly harmless creams on my face only to find they had weakened my skin so much that at the slightest sign of the sun, I would burn very quickly and painfully. So again, this wouldn’t do. I was trying everything but I was still suffering and could not find a solution as to how to stop sweating.

Botox is another treatment that is often used which works by killing off the sweat glands however it is only temporary and you would need to be treated every 3 to 6 months.

Finally, or so I thought, there was the surgical option. A small incision is made under your arm and they cut the sympathetic nerves in your back. It is the sympathetic nervous system that controls things like blushing and of course excessive sweating. It sounds horrible but from what I understand it is fairly common and routine. A simple internet search would reveal any number of places that could perform this, at a price of course. Whilst I desperately wanted to know how to stop sweating, I wasn’t ready to go under the knife.

Cure Excessive Sweating Without Using Chemicals

A recent e-publication which has been found to be extremely useful to many sufferers of hyperhidrosis is Mike Ramsey’s “Stop Sweating and Start Living”. In this book lies the secrets behind sweating and a safe, effective method of eliminating all sweating problems. You can now cure excessive sweating without harmful chemicals, prescription medicines or any other potentially harmful treatments.

“The “Stop Sweating and Start Living” remedy is a practical and unique treatment that permanently gets rid of your underarm, and indeed any sweat problem – naturally and without side effects. It’s a simple process that takes 30 seconds a day, using readily available and inexpensive products (you may already have them in your home). It’s easy to incorporate into your morning or evening routine, and it will keep your sweat problem away for the rest of your life!”
